This is one of the most exciting parts of the whole process, actually finding out about and choosing your dream home.
When considering buying a property in a new area, you want as much help and guidance from local experts as possible. If you are buying in a new country this becomes even more essential. That’s why we offer you a tailored Discovery Tour with one of our locally based experts.
You have four to five days with your own personal property specialist, who will take you to view the area and the property types that you have expressed an interest in. Your budget is also a very important consideration. When you have made the decision that you wish to invest in a property, let Amba Sun International make this experience an enjoyable and exciting one.
Day 1:
You'll be met at the airport by your Amba Sun International representative, who will show you to your hotel. Depending upon your arrival times, and after a short break, You will be taken on a tour to explore the areas and discover what it means to live there.
Day 2:
Continue to tour the areas of interest.
Day 3:
After breakfast, your representative will then spend the day showing you the types of properties you have expressed an interest in. Again lots to fit in but don't worry there will be plenty of breaks for lunch and coffee. At the end of this busy day you will be returned to your hotel and after a short break, your representative will collect you from your hotel and take you out for dinner.
Day 4:
The same schedule as day 3, then if you've found a "must-have" property, you will be guided throught the buying process.
Day 5:
- Relax - the hard work is all done.
- If a foreign mortgage is required you will meet an English speaking bank officer to discuss your requirements.
- Pay reservation deposit to fix price and plot.
- Open foreign Bank Account (meet your Property Solicitor).
- Purchase currency (forward buying for that additional peace of mind).
- Return flight.
